How I became a comedian in Egypt

Saif Abu Kandil is a comedian of Egyptian-Iraqi descent. He speaks English, Arabic, and French. .He began his comedy career in 2002. In 2005 he performed at his first Edinburgh Fringe Festival and was on BBC's 60 Comics in 60 minutes. At the 2006 EFF (Edinburgh Fringe Festival) he performed in Patrick Monahan's "Do the right thing." He appeared on Set List opening for Rick Overton that night, as well as other shows during the festival in 2011. In 2014, Saif became the Managing Director of Al Hezb El Comedy based in Egypt.
